SMEMA Link Bridge
Uses a photoelectric sensor to detect a product and provide adjacent equipment with a SMEMA signal.
Configurable to supply signal to upstream or downstream machine.
Downstream:
Pins 1&2 closed when sensor DOES NOT detect a product.
Used to mimmick Downstream busy when sensor is ON
Upstream:
Pins 3&4 close when sensor DOES detect product exiting upstream machine.
Used to mimmick "Board Available" from upstream machine when sensor is ON.
