Fulfillment Policy

Shipping methods of physical items are determined at checkout at the customer's discretion.  Most items in stock will be shipped via the customer's requested means within 2 business days.  Some items listed as in stock may still be in transit and ship within 5 business days.  Any order that requests expedited shipping that has not shipped within 7 business days, the customer is eligible for a full refund of the items and any shipping charges.  Shipping times vary with regions and methods selected.  Please see the requested shipping company's website to determine estimated arrivals.
